Industry: Garment Manufacturing (Denim & Non-Denim)
Job Location: Vasai East
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:Fabric & Defect Inspection
- Inspect fabric for stains, holes, shade variation, and weaving defects across denim and woven/knit non-denim garments.
- Apply AQL sampling standards to determine lot acceptance or rejection.
- Verify stitch density, seam strength, and SPI as per buyer tech packs.
- Measure critical garment dimensions and compare them with approved size sets.
- Audit wash quality for shade consistency, hand feel, and wash effects.
- Inspect ironing, pressing, trimming, and label/tag placement.
- Verify folding, poly-bagging, carton specifications, and packing ratios.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily in-line, mid-line, and end-line QC inspection reports.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and floor managers for rework and re-inspection.
- Ensure final products meet company and buyer quality standards before dispatch.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in garment quality control.
- Experience in both denim and non-denim garments preferred.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabric defects, and finishing standards.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
