We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at our Patna (GM Road) office.In this role, you will be the face of our business, responsible for generating new B2B client leads, converting them into active customers, and driving our local advertising and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition (Sales)
- Identify and pitch wholesale medicine distribution services to potential B2B clients, including retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across Patna and surrounding areas.
- Convert cold leads into active accounts to consistently meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new healthcare clients through regular field visits and systematic follow-ups.
- Coordinate pricing, order volumes, and delivery timelines in alignment with company policies.
Marketing & Advertising
- Design and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness of Youmed Healthbridge within the regional pharmaceutical sector.
- Distribute and manage promotional materials, product catalogs, and offline/online advertising initiatives.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at local pharma trade meets, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Fluent in Hindi, with working knowledge of English.
- Personality: Highly presentable persona with a professional demeanor suitable for representing the company to corporate clients and medical professionals.
- Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local field marketing activities around Patna.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or a related field.
