Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for generating room, banquet, wedding, restaurant, and event business while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, wedding planners, government organizations, and key accounts. The role demands a proactive sales professional capable of meeting ambitious revenue targets and enhancing the hotel's brand positioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Handle rate negotiations.
- Ensure repeat business.

Wedding & Social Event Sales
- Generate destination wedding enquiries.
- Coordinate with wedding planners.
- Conduct property presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals.
- Follow up until conversion.
- Maximize banquet revenues.
Travel Trade & OTA Relations
- Build relationships with:
- Travel Agents
- Tour Operators

- Promote hotel packages.

Sales Planning
- Prepare monthly sales plans.
- Maintain sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client meetings.

Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in wedding and banquet sales is an advantage.
