Position: Architect
- Strong working knowledge of BMC (MCGM) and MHADA regulations for housing and redevelopment projects.
- Conduct project feasibility studies for housing/redevelopment projects.
- Prepare FSI calculations, permissible built-up area, TDR/Fungible FSI and development potential.
- Calculate applicable BMC/MHADA premiums, charges and statutory costs.
- Prepare project expense summaries, including construction, premiums, statutory fees and other development-related expenses.
- Analyse project costs and development potential to assess overall project viability.
- Review plot details, existing structures, road width, reservations, zoning and applicable development regulations.
- Coordinate with BMC, MHADA, consultants, developers and other authorities as required.
- Prepare and review area statements, feasibility reports and project-related architectural documents.
- Provide technical and regulatory inputs for housing projects, including redevelopment schemes.
- Ensure proposed development complies with applicable DCPR/BMC/MHADA norms and regulations.
