We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in AI tools and WhatsApp Marketing for Guwahati Assam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer engagement, executing digital marketing campaigns, and automating communication using modern technologies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns (bulk messaging, promotions, follow-ups)
- Handle WhatsApp Business API / Broadcast campaigns
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, automation tools) for content creation and campaign optimization
- Develop and manage chatbots / auto-reply systems
- Generate leads and convert them through WhatsApp communication
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team for campaign planning
Qualification & Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Marketing/IT preferred)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing tools & API
- Basic understanding of AI tools and automation
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Google Ads
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Assamese )
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing basics
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
