Overview :
CiferX Labs is an IT company building software products and digital solutions. We're a small, fast-moving team, everyone here owns their piece of the business, not just supports it.
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to own branding, social media, and content for CiferX Labs as a company and for the products we build. You'll work directly with the founding team, no five layers of approval in between.
Requirements :
1. Strong writing skills, able to shift tone across LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog formats
2. Comfortable with a design tool (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) for basic content creation
3. Genuine interest in tech and startups, you don't need to code, but you should get what we're building
4. Self-starter who can run a content calendar independently
Responsibilities :
1. Plan and run the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
2. Write and design posts for company updates, culture, hiring, and product announcements
3. Plan and write content around our products feature highlights, use-cases, launch posts
4. Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every channel
5. Draft website copy, landing pages, and blog content as needed
6. Track engagement and reach, and adjust content strategy based on what's working
7. Coordinate with the founder and dev team to turn technical updates into content people want to read.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
