Birdhouse Hostels is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Internship Program. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, marketing, and business development within the student housing and hostel industry.
Incentive Structure
4+ bookings: ₹2,000 per booking
8+ bookings: ₹3,000 per booking
12+ bookings: ₹5,000 per booking

Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in generating and managing leads
Research potential customers and identify target audiences
Connect with prospects through calls, messages, and emails
Schedule meetings and property visits with interested clients
Assist in creating sales presentations and promotional materials
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer experience
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales updates
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn sales strategies and communication skills
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in speaking with customers and handling inquiries
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
