Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Design Manager to lead and manage fire
protection system design across multiple projects. The candidate will be responsible for
ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality fire fighting design solutions while
coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fire fighting system design activities for multiple projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve fire fighting drawings, hydraulic calculations, BOQs, and
technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and other relevant fire safety standards.
- Design fire protection systems including sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm
systems, and suppression systems.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and design deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all fire fighting design outputs.
- Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals.
- Support procurement through technical evaluation and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Fire Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Certification in Fire Safety or relevant domain is an added advantage.
Experience (Mandatory):
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Fire Fighting Design.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership/managerial role preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and fire protection design tools.
- Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems, hydraulic calculations, and design standards.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination is an added advantage.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work in Mumbai location.
Compensation:
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and current CTC)
Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
