Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, and promoting our facility management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable facility management solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (Facility Management experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
