Job Description:
Able to Manage Warehouse operations. Handling Inbound ,Outbound ,Sales Return ,Return to vendors ,Audit activity.
Should be able to manage 6- 8 onroll staffs and 80 offroll staff.
Operational parameters –
To ensure the operational parameters are monitored and the SLA's are achieved as per the targets.
Coordination with all WH's for F&S related observations and audit feedback and ensure the corrective measures are put in place across all WH's
To achieve the productivity as per the agreed SLA.
Continuous improvements
To ensure all dept TATs are aceived and Effoiciency is increased continusly.
To ensure the overall health of the WH in terms of cleanliness, stacking in racks and the signage’s in the WH.
To ensure there are no major non conformity reported by the internal and external audit.
To Check customer complainst and resolve timely
Cost Control-
To achieve the overall warehouse operating cost as per budget and variances are analyzed and control measures are put in place.
Development –
To motivate, encourage and create positive work culture in warehouse .
To focus on continuous learning- to improve the employee engagement.
To develop and maintain relationship management with concepts and other functions and to support the business to grow.
To introduce new processes to acheive cost saving
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
