Role: Business Development Associate
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate (Sales) plays a key role in Skill-Lync’s revenue engine. This role focuses on driving high-quality sales conversations, understanding customer needs, pitching the right programs, and converting leads into successful enrolments.
The BDA is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle-from outreach and qualification to counseling,
objection handling, pricing discussions, and closure.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective learners from the provided lead base.
● Understand customer requirements, readiness, and goals to pitch the most relevant Skill-Lync
programs.
● Deliver high-impact sales conversations that effectively communicate program value and ROI.
● Manage the entire sales funnel: lead qualification → counselling → follow-ups → pricing discussions
→ closure.
● Collaborate with the technical and pricing teams to ensure accurate and compelling program
recommendations.
● Maintain strong follow-up discipline to drive maximum conversion and revenue.
● Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics.

● Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
