Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide excellent support to visitors, students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents courteously
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
Provide accurate information about courses/services
Coordinate with office staff and management
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails)
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience:
Freshers can apply
1–2 years of experience preferred (but not mandatory)
