Role Overview
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our applications by validating both user experience and backend functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of web applications across frontend and backend
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear and actionable insights
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing
- Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman or similar
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all features meet quality standards before production release
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to quality assurance best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle
- Experience in testing both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (APIs, logic)
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Basic understanding of software development processes and system architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment
