Role Summary:
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager who can manage social media and execute paid ad campaigns( both Google and META). This is an execution-focused, in-office role for someone who understands real campaign performance and takes ownership of results. who can think strategically and make informed decisions based on market understanding rather than simply executing marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Design and publish social media posts, carousels, reels, and short videos.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure regular posting across all channels.
- Write blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Engage with Investment Bankers, M&A Advisors, Business Brokers, Startup Founders, Investors, and Business Owners through social media and outreach activities.
- Build and manage professional networks with industry experts and strategic partners.
- Run the campaign in lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and business development activities
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of practical experience in social media & paid ad Campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Meta & Google Ads Manager
- Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
- Ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Interest in learning AI, automation, agents, and modern technology systems.
- Ability to quickly understand new industries, products, and market dynamics
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
