Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
