- Manage day-to-day back office operations and administrative work
- Handle data entry and maintain records accurately
- Prepare invoices, reports, billing, and documentation
- Manage emails, client communication, and office coordination
- Maintain filing systems and company databases
- Assist in inventory, stock management, and other office-related tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned work
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
- Computer knowledge is strictly compulsory
- Must have complete knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling, Internet usage, and all necessary computer applications/software required for office work
- Candidate should be efficient in data handling and documentation work
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work responsibly, accurately, and efficiently
- Prior experience in back office work preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
