About the Role
Young Minds Technology Solutions is seeking dynamic and communication-oriented Language Specialists proficient in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and English to support client interactions, student engagement, business communication, and relationship management activities.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in at least one regional language along with English and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, students, and stakeholders in regional languages.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Support client engagement and relationship-building activities.
- Assist in translating and communicating information accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain records of interactions and prepare reports when required.
- Resolve basic client queries and provide timely support.
- Represent the organization professionally during interactions.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or English (multiple languages preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with multilingual communication skills will be preferred.
