Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Personality Development Trainer to join our team in Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students or employees in communication skills, confidence building, grooming, body language, public speaking, interview preparation, and overall personality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct personality development and soft skills training sessions.
Train candidates in communication skills, public speaking, and presentation techniques.
Provide guidance on grooming, etiquette, and professional behavior.
Develop confidence-building and leadership activities.
Train candidates in interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
Improve body language, voice modulation, and interpersonal skills.
Design training materials, activities, and assessment methods.
Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions.
Support candidates in enhancing their overall personality and employability skills.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Psychology, English, HR, or related field preferred).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in personality development, soft skills, or communication training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of grooming, etiquette, and confidence-building techniques.
Ability to motivate and engage participants effectively.
Good classroom and training management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
