Job Description
The Raigad Group (Raigad Carbides) is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executives to join our team at the Khopoli Office. We are seeking candidates with experience in industrial product marketing and sales who can develop new business opportunities across the Khopoli, Rasayani, Panvel, and surrounding MIDC industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from industrial clients.
- Visit factories and industrial units in MIDC areas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare daily visit reports and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Junior Position: 1–2 years of industrial marketing/sales experience.
- Senior Position: 3–4 years of industrial marketing/sales experience.
- Experience in industrial products/B2B sales is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the Khopoli, Rasayani, Panvel, and nearby industrial belt.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

Note: Candidates with experience only in medical, educational, retail, FMCG, institutes, or shop sales are not eligible for this role.
