Role Overview
As a Sales Executive (Recruitment/Staffing), you will be responsible for driving business development by acquiring new clients for recruitment services, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment/staffing services

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking

Pitch recruitment services and close client contracts

Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

Track and update client and lead data in CRM tools

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Key Skills:

Strong sales and business development skills in recruitment/staffing

Good understanding of hiring processes and client requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed)
