Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that promote the company's services, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, creating compelling service-focused content, and collaborating closely with sales and business development teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and achieve business objectives.
- Travel to different organization and institutes for campaigning about the services of the organization
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing activities and campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, case studies, presentations, brochures, and website content highlighting service offerings and client success stories.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a service-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
