Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Promptly contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Site Visit Conversion: Convert interest into confirmed appointments by offering specific time slots, sending confirmations, and coordinating with the sales team.
- CRM & Follow-up Management: Maintain an updated record of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in platforms like Sell.do CRM or LeadSquared.
- Customer Communication: Engage clients through calls, WhatsApp Business, and email to share project brochures, layout plans, and location maps.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding calling metrics, lead conversion ratios, and site visit updates. [1]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or real estate.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in local languages (such as Tamil in Chennai) and conversational English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent objection handling, active listening, and convincing abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, basic telephony platforms, and real estate CRM systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
