About the Role
More Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Design social media posts, banners, creatives, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall branding across all creatives.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also be considered.
