We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Editing & Multitasking Intern to join our on-site team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in data editing, research, and content coordination, along with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Editing & Content Coordination
(Comprehensive training will be provided)
- Review, edit, and enhance documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.
- Conduct research and verify information to maintain the reliability and credibility of content.
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate visuals, charts, and infographics into documents effectively.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content meets project objectives and quality expectations.
- Format and tailor content for various platforms while maintaining a polished and professional presentation.
Multitasking & Research
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Assist with competitor analysis and contribute recommendations for strategic enhancements.
- Support campaign assessment activities and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
Training & Professional Development
- Participate in structured onboarding programs and continuous training sessions to develop technical and professional competencies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication abilities.
- Good command of English grammar, proofreading, and document formatting.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
