Vacancy for - Graphic Designer
Location- Shyamnagar ( North 24 Pgs )
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counselling & Support
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students.
- Address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
- Support students dealing with stress, anxiety, peer issues, and learning challenges.
2. Special Education Services
- Identify students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or special needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Teacher & Parent Collaboration
- Work closely with teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies.
- Guide teachers on classroom management for special needs students.
- Conduct parent counselling and regular feedback sessions.
- Organize workshops for parents and staff.
4. Crisis Management
- Handle sensitive situations such as bullying, trauma, or emotional distress.
- Provide immediate psychological support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling (preferred)
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education (RCI recognized preferred)
- Previous experience in School Counselling is an added advantage
