Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Patient Registration & Check-in: Greet patients, register new arrivals, verify patient information, and ensure all necessary forms (patient information,, consent) are completed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage, schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments for tests and scans via phone or in-person.
- Billing & Payments: Process payments, manage invoices, verify insurance details, and handle billing inquiries.
- Communication & Support: Answer multi-line phones, address queries, and direct patients to the appropriate department.
- Data Management: Update and maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Operational Support: Keep the reception/lobby area clean, manage office supplies, and coordinate with clinical staff for smooth workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle anxious patients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
