Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate screening
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist with attendance and leave management
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
