Job Summary:
D’LIFE Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and self-driven Business Development Executives to independently generate leads and drive sales for premium interior projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in field sales, client interaction, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by Head Office
No walk-in leads will be assigned; sales depend on personal prospecting
Use in-house software for cost estimation and client proposals
Report regularly to the Branch Manager on progress and updates
Initial period focused on learning processes, systems, and client handling (no targets)
Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level)
Responsible for at least 1 sale booking (token collection) initially
Gradually achieve a target of 2 sale bookings per month
Role requires 100% on-site / office-based work for effective lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant sales/business development experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to independently source, qualify, and close leads
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined to work from office/on-site
Preferred Candidate Profile:
MBA candidates preferred
Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or field sales is an added advantage
Willingness to travel locally for business development activities
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & location)
