Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Manager to manage and optimize production planning activities in our LED manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans, ensuring material availability, coordinating with procurement and production teams, maintaining inventory control, and achieving production targets efficiently.
A key responsibility of this role is to plan and schedule production for up to 3 months based on available materials, customer requirements, and production capacity, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans.
- Prepare and maintain a rolling 3-month production plan based on available raw materials, inventory levels, and customer demand forecasts.
- Analyze material availability and production capacity to optimize manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as required to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
Material Planning & Inventory Management
- Review raw material availability and forecast material requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
- Maintain accurate records of material consumption and production outputs.
- Ensure proper planning of components and materials required for LED manufacturing.
Production Monitoring
- Track daily production performance against planned targets.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.
- Maintain production schedules, planning records, and MIS reports.
- Generate production forecasts and capacity utilization reports.
- Present planning updates to management as required.
Coordination & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
- Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production delays.
- Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems for effective production planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in LED Manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience in LED manufacturing or electronics production planning will be an added advantage.

Salary Details
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
Employment Agreement Terms
- The selected candidate shall enter into a Service Agreement for a period of 2 years from the date of joining.
- The employee shall submit one original educational certificate/document for verification and record purposes at the time of joining.
- The original certificate shall be retained by the company and returned upon completion of separation formalities and clearance process.
- The employee shall be required to serve a 3-month notice period before resignation or separation from the company.
- Upon successful completion of the notice period and handover of responsibilities, company assets, and documents, the original certificate will be returned to the employee.
- The employee shall maintain confidentiality regarding company processes, production data, customer information, and business operations during and after employment.
- Any violation of company policies or agreement terms may result in disciplinary action as per company rules and applicable laws.
