- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Dispense medications in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, storage, and adherence.
- Monitor and maintain medicine inventory, including procurement, stock control, expiry management, and controlled drugs.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and quality standards.
- Lead and train junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support internal/external audits.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADR) and medication errors, recommending corrective actions.
- Participate in formulary management, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
