Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive-Voice who can communicate effectively in Hindi and assist customers through calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions and update system details.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Follow company processes and service standards.
Requirements
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
