Job Description – Executive Assistant to the Director
Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Department: Director's Office
Reporting To: Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to
provide administrative and business support to the Director. The role requires excellent
coordination, communication, and multitasking skills while maintaining complete
confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel
arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and business associates.
- Prepare emails, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential documents and business records.
- Assist in project coordination and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant,
Executive Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the Interior, Construction, Real Estate, or corporate sector will be
an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work beyond office hours, if required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
