Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for U.S. audiences
- Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and conversion-focused marketing funnels
- Improve lead quality, customer acquisition, and overall campaign efficiency
- Monitor and optimize campaign metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CAC, and ROAS
- Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns using pixel-based tracking and automation flows
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and landing page teams to improve conversion performance
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, CTAs, and funnel optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- Target automotive and real estate customer segments through deep funnel audience strategies
- Align campaign execution with U.S. business goals and sales objectives
Required Skills:
- 1 – 5 years of experience managing paid campaigns for U.S. markets
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and lead generation funnels
- Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, ad policies, and digital marketing compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, UTM tracking, CRM tools, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing strategies
- Ability to manage high-budget campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong ROI performance
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
