Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Executive to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new cosmetic formulations, improving existing products, conducting laboratory trials, and supporting product commercialization while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and formulate new cosmetic and personal care products such as creams, lotions, face wash, serums, shampoos, conditioners, oils, gels, scrubs, masks, and body care products.
- Improve existing formulations to enhance product stability, performance, texture, fragrance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct laboratory-scale formulation trials and pilot batches.
- Evaluate and approve new raw materials in coordination with Procurement and Quality teams.
- Coordinate with Production for technology transfer and scale-up from laboratory to commercial manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and applicable cosmetic regulations.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase, and Marketing departments during new product development.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation science and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in formulation development of skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
- Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, active ingredients, fragrances, and cosmetic raw materials.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
