Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to manage business operations, drive growth, and develop strategic opportunities in the education sector. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and business partners.
- Monitor sales, admissions, and overall business performance.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance updates.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and admissions.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer/student experience and address concerns effectively.
Requirements
- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, colleges, or business schools will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
