Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and customer collections.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely data entry.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or any Accounting-related qualification.
- Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with showroom accounting experience will be preferred.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and GST compliance.
- Experience handling showroom accounts, inventory-related entries, and vendor payments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
