Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company services, expanding market reach, and supporting revenue generation
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients/customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, partners, and clients.
- Present company products/services to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business activities.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, and events.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
