We're seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting company products/services, and executing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales
- Generating leads through inbound sales via various channels like online research, website, social media, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other marketing channels.
- Following up with the generated leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
- Conducting virtual product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets by effectively negotiating terms and successfully closing sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Tracking, maintaining, and reporting sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance results to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Creating and maintaining professional presentations, including client presentations based on company’s profile, product presentations, and demo decks to effectively support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing automated WhatsApp and email broadcast campaigns via APIs to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing performance.
Digital Marketing
- Planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging, visually appealing content to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and maintain professional presentations, including client presentations, company profiles, product presentations, and demo decks to effectively support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Assisting in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising activities.
- Creating, optimizing, and managing marketing content, including blogs, brochures, videos, website content, one-pagers, and promotional materials to support brand awareness and business growth.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Support branding and lead-generation initiatives to drive business growth.
- Participate in joint sales and marketing planning sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role
- Should have good knowledge of API broadcasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
