About the Role
Vdesignu is seeking a strategic and accountable SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SEO, from technical audits to content strategy and client reporting. We are looking for a professional who takes full ownership of results and communicates with clarity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Content Leadership: Build topical authority using semantic SEO frameworks. Manage content calendars and produce SEO-optimized briefs for high-quality blog content.
- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) and manage local citations and geo-targeted strategies to drive local lead generation.
- Backlink Management: Lead white-hat outreach and partnership initiatives to build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare monthly performance reports using GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio. Present findings and strategic next steps directly to clients.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering to streamline content workflows and research while maintaining brand quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO for multiple client accounts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress CMS management.
- Strategic Knowledge: Deep understanding of E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for client-facing meetings and professional reporting.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who prioritizes accountability and long-term organic growth.
