Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with a background in science who are interested in the field of research and publication services. The role involves communicating with clients, supporting the publication process, and ensuring high-quality service for research papers, articles, reviews, and other academic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the research and publication domain.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their research paper publication process.
- Assist in resolving client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with editorial and publication teams to maintain quality standards for research papers and academic materials.
- Support business growth by engaging with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up throughout the publication process.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Interest in research and academic publishing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates from science-related disciplines such as B.Sc., M.Sc., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Prior knowledge of research publication processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
