Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Order Process & Returns Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the order processing and returns operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers in the fast-paced fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Manage and process online orders efficiently from receipt to dispatch.
- Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation to minimize errors.
- Returns Management:
- Handle customer return requests and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process returns and exchanges promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order statuses, returns, and exchanges via email and phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Inventory Coordination:
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and updated.
- Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies related to returns.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions in the database.
- Generate reports on order processing and returns metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, order processing, or customer service, preferably in the clothing/apparel/fashion industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ecommerce management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
