About the Role
We are hiring Hotel Management Trainees on behalf of our client company. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring hospitality professionals to gain practical experience in hotel operations while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Front Office operations and Guest Relations.
- Support guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and guest support.
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams.
- Assist in Food & Beverage operations.
- Support daily hotel administration and operational activities.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
