Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities at project sites.
2. Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
3. Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
5. Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, standards, and timelines.
6. Identify and resolve any technical issues related to MEP systems.
7. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
8. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely material delivery and execution.
9. Maintain project documentation, reports, and records related to MEP works.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and execution processes.
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in commercial interior projects (office fit-outs).
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing services.
* Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
