Role Overview
- Position: Appointment Generation Executive
- Work Mode: 100% On-Site (Baner, Pune)
- Shift: Night Shift (US hours)

- Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of direct, proven experience in appointment/lead generation required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calling, email, and social outreach to generate qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
- Research target accounts, validate contact details, and understand prospect business requirements to ensure lead quality.
- Nurture leads, handle objections, and schedule qualified product demos for the sales and account management teams.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments within the Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate closely with international sales teams to share insights and optimize outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experienced candidates only; minimum 6 to 12 months (or more, depending on company banding) of targeted appointment setting experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; active listening and objection-handling capabilities.
- Availability: Must be comfortable working full-time night shifts and on-site.
- Immediate Joining: Candidates must be ready to join immediately and start the training process next week.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
