Plant Supervisor – Rice Plant
Location: Mahavirganj, Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day rice plant and milling operations.
- Monitor paddy processing, milling, grading, polishing and packing activities.
- Manage workers, machine operators and shift manpower.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor quality of rice, broken rice, bran and husk.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
- Maintain daily production, stock and shift reports.
- Coordinate with stores, quality, loading/unloading and dispatch teams.
- Minimize wastage, downtime and production losses.
- Ensure plant cleanliness, safety and discipline.
- Report operational issues to the Plant Manager/Management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in rice mill, food processing or manufacturing plant.
- Practical knowledge of rice milling and plant operations preferred.
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
