Key Responsibilities
• Support planning and execution of field marketing events including industry conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and hosted webinars.• Coordinate event logistics — vendor communication, booth setup, collateral shipping, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up.• Assist in building and managing event calendars across key verticals such as BFSI, insurance, healthcare, and telecom.• Work with the sales team to align field events with pipeline goals — tracking leads generated and opportunities influenced.• Create pre-event and post-event communication sequences including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and recap summaries.• Support partner marketing activations — co-branded events, joint webinars, and ecosystem meetups.• Help develop event-specific marketing collateral including banners, handouts, speaker briefs, and attendee kits.• Track and report on field event ROI — attendance, MQLs generated, deals influenced, and brand reach.• Support community-building initiatives including developer meetups, CXO roundtables, and Voice AI awareness programs.• Maintain the field marketing calendar and ensure internal teams are aligned on upcoming activations.
Required Skills & Background
• 0–1 year of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing operations (internships count).• Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting event briefs, emails, and recap decks.• Proactive and hands-on — willing to take ownership of logistics and follow through end-to-end.• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external vendors.• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience assisting with event planning, college fests, or marketing activations.• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media for event promotion.• Interest in enterprise AI, SaaS, or B2B technology markets.• Experience using CRM or event management tools (Eventbrite, Hopin, etc.).
