We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and friendly Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will represent the face of our company, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling inquiries with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, handle the check-in and check-out process smoothly, and issue room keys.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls and emails, take room reservations, and provide accurate information about our services, rates, and local attractions.
- Billing & Payments: Process guest bills, handle cash and credit card transactions securely, and maintain accurate front desk logs.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arriving guests.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required (we provide training!).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a professional telephone etiquette, and basic computer proficiency (experience with Property Management Systems/PMS is a plus).
- Attributes: A polite, patient, and positive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
