Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer service requests and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
- Carry out repairs and rectification works for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other modular furniture.
- Perform hardware replacements, shutter alignments, hinge adjustments, and finishing touch-ups.
- Identify and troubleshoot installation and product-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Project Team for effective service execution.
- Maintain service records and submit job completion reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional conduct and quality workmanship
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
