Role Overview
The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our databases. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in database administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring data availability and security.
Key Responsibilities
● Install, configure, and maintain database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
● Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
● Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
● Ensure database security, access control, and compliance with policies.
● Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
● Collaborate with development teams for database design and integration.
● Automate routine database tasks to improve efficiency.
● Document database procedures, configurations, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Developer.
● Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL,
● Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) is a plus.
● Proficiency in backup, recovery, performance tuning, and replication.
● Familiarity with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
● Understanding of database security and access management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with database monitoring tools and automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Nice to Have
● Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
● Knowledge of high-availability (HA) and clustering solutions.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹381,526.42 - ₹500,000.00 per year
