- Coordinate daily operations of assigned retail stores.
- Monitor store sales, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Ensure company SOPs, policies, and hygiene standards are followed.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Head Office for operational requirements.
- Track inventory, stock transfers, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotional execution.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular store visits and submit operational reports.
- Support new store openings, audits, and staff training.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock availability.
- Ensure billing, cash handling, and store documentation are accurate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
